Inquiry messages are kept for 12 months, after which they are deleted. Booking-related documents, including permits and emergency contact forms, are retained for the period required by local travel regulations, typically three years. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it. You can request a copy of everything we hold about you at any time.
