Horizon K Voyage arranges small-group expedition packages that include route planning, permits, transport coordination, accommodation in local homestays, and the services of experienced guides. We do not operate as a general travel agency; our catalog is limited to the seasonal departures and difficulty-rated itineraries published on this site. Any service outside the confirmed itinerary, such as additional nights, private transfers, or custom route changes, must be agreed in writing before departure.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from our team. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information, health declarations relevant to the trip's difficulty rating, and valid travel documents. Participants must attend the pre-departure briefing, follow the guide's instructions during the expedition, and carry the gear listed in the itinerary checklist. Failure to meet these obligations may result in removal from the group without refund.
Seasonal conditions, wildlife activity, and local regulations can change quickly in remote areas. We reserve the right to adjust daily routes, swap homestays for equivalent accommodation, or alter the order of activities when safety or access requires it. If a departure is cancelled due to insufficient group size or force majeure, we will offer a transfer to another date or a credit note. We do not guarantee specific wildlife sightings or weather conditions.
Expedition travel involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, changing weather, and physical exertion. You join each trip with an understanding of these risks and agree to follow safety instructions at all times. Horizon K Voyage is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or damage arising from actions outside our direct control, such as transport delays, natural events, or a participant's failure to disclose relevant medical conditions. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trekking and evacuation.
We may suspend or terminate access to our booking services if these terms are breached, if payment obligations are not met, or if a participant's behavior endangers the group. We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
